The goal of this kickstart is to make daily collections calls, through the use of proper communication techniques, more efficient and effective. In this practical and interactive training you will learn how to approach a debtor in a decisive but tactful manner. You will learn the right approach for the right debtor, the pitfalls in communication and tips & tricks.
